Nursery children who are going up to Reception enjoyed their trip to The Gruffalo trail at Thorndon Park. Children explored the woods, looking for all the characters from the story. They sang songs, pretended to be squirrels and used loose parts on the ground to create their own owls and snakes. We had such fun!
